Starting a Chapter

Gamma Sigma Alpha, National Greek Academic Honor Society, has over 200 chapters and is growing everyday. Visit our current chapters list and see if there is a chapter on your campus. If you are on the list, but it is no longer active, help us reenergize by visiting the reestablishing a chapter page and contact us for help. If your institution isn’t on the list and you’d like to start a chapter, the process is simple and starts with the chapter petition form. Resources in our electronic information packet will help you get started and a simple checklist can be found on our establishing a chapter page. We are here to assist you every step of the way. The material order form contains all the materials you may need to order from the central office, including initiation pins, graduation cords and banners. We also included a faculty advisor resource to help your chapter adviser in their role.
